Categories & Follow-Up Timing

Drag ☰ to reorder priority. Tap the colour to change it, tap the name to rename it. New Lead has no interval and stays a priority until reclassified.

Multi-Options

Extra tags you can tick alongside a category (ex VIP). It is suggested to use abbreviations like 'NR' - Not Registered, 'AR' - Already Registered etc. These will appear next to the name.

Terms & Conditions

Every individual account owner and company admin gets their own personal referral link, found right here in Settings → Refer & Earn.
Share your link. When someone signs up through it, they get an extra 30 days added to their free trial — 60 days total instead of the usual 30.
If they go on to become a paying subscriber, you get a real credit toward your own subscription, based on the plan they choose:
- You're on Individual, they join on Individual → 1 month of Individual.
- You're on Individual, they join on Team → 2 months of Individual.
- You're on Team, they join on Team → 1 month of the Team base plan.
- You're on Team, they join on Individual → half a month of the Team base plan.
Credit is always worth a month of your own plan, never theirs — and for Team accounts it's the base plan only, never the per-member charge.
Not yet a paying subscriber yourself when you earn a credit (e.g. still on your own trial)? It's still credited at the standard rate, ready and waiting once you subscribe.
Credit is earned once per referral, at the moment that person first becomes a paying customer — not every month they stay subscribed. It's the same amount whether they pay monthly or annually.
Credits are applied automatically to your account — no codes, no manual steps.
If a referred person's first payment is later refunded, the associated credit is removed.
Referral links are available to individual account owners and company admins only — not to team members on a company plan.
Once a referral is attached to a new account, it's locked in and can't be changed.
This program may be adjusted or ended at any time. Referrals showing signs of abuse (e.g. self-referral, matching devices or payment cards) may have credit withheld, reversed, or reviewed.
