STILL.

Terms of Service

Version 3 · in force from 23 October 2026

In short

1. Who we are and these terms

STILL. (app.stillers.io) is provided by Darren Xerri, a sole trader trading as STILL., 67, Main Street, Xewkija, Gozo, Malta, VAT number MT2632 1934. Email support@stillers.io, telephone +356 7905 4892.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum, are the agreement between you and us for using STILL. By creating an account or using STILL. you accept them. When they change, the app shows you the new version and asks you to accept it before you carry on; if you do not accept it, you can export your data and end your plan as section 16 explains. They are written in English, and only the English version applies.

2. Business and consumer users

STILL. is a professional tool for real estate agents and agencies. You are a business user if you use it for your trade, business or profession, and a consumer if you use it mainly for purposes outside them. Some parts of these terms apply only to one or the other, and say so. Nothing in these terms takes away rights a consumer has under the law that applies to them.

3. Your account

4. Teams

5. The service

STILL. lets you keep clients, owners, properties and follow-ups, get reminders, match clients with properties (Cross Match), work as a team and export your data. We work to keep it available, secure and up to date, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not offer a fixed service level.

We improve STILL. over time and may change or remove features for good reason (for example security, new laws, or improving the app), at no extra cost to you. If a change significantly harms your use of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may end your plan and receive a refund for the time you have not used.

Consumers also have the legal guarantee that the service will match what was described and work as it should throughout your plan. If it does not, tell us and we will put it right; if we cannot, you may ask for a price reduction or end the contract with a refund for the affected period.

6. Free trial, plans, prices and VAT

7. Your right to withdraw (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your plan within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason.

How: use "Withdraw from contract here" in Settings, My Plan, which is shown for those 14 days. You can also send us a clear statement, for example by email to support@stillers.io, or use the model form below. It is enough to send it before the 14 days end. We confirm every withdrawal by email with the date and time.

What happens: your plan ends straight away and nothing more is charged. By subscribing, you ask us to start the service during the 14 days, so we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the days you used. We refund within 14 days, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you. If nothing has been charged yet (for example during your free trial), there is nothing to refund.

Model withdrawal form (complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw):

To: Darren Xerri trading as STILL., 67, Main Street, Xewkija, Gozo, Malta, support@stillers.io.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: STILL. plan ______.
Subscribed on: ______. Name: ______. Address: ______. Email used for STILL.: ______.
Signature (only if this form is sent on paper): ______. Date: ______.

8. Refunds

Apart from a withdrawal under section 7, a refund under section 5, or where the law requires it, amounts already paid are not refunded, including for the rest of a period after you turn off Auto-renew.

9. Referrals, gift codes and partners

10. Fair use

Do not use STILL. to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, store information you have no right to keep, or try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, copy it or take it apart. Do not store sensitive information such as health details, religion, criminal records or ID card numbers in notes. Only import contacts you are allowed to use.

Reporting illegal content: anyone can tell us about content stored in STILL. that they believe is illegal by writing to support@stillers.io, explaining what it is, where it is and why it is illegal. support@stillers.io is also our contact point for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act; you can write to us in English, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese. If we restrict content or an account, we will tell the person concerned why, and they can ask us to review the decision.

11. Your data

The records you add stay yours (or, in a team, the company's). You give us permission to store and process them only to provide STILL. to you, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum. You must have the right to store the personal information you add, and use it lawfully, including data protection law where you work. You can export your data at any time (Settings, Backup & Restore) and we recommend keeping your own backup of anything important.

How your records are protected. Your clients' and owners' names, mobile numbers, email addresses, notes, addresses and named contacts are encrypted on your device before they are stored, and the encryption keys are managed by STILL. for you, as our Privacy Policy (section 13) describes in full. Other details, such as prices, areas, property types and dates, are stored readable because STILL. needs them to work.

Support access. We do not look at your clients or owners. If you want our help with something inside your records, you can give us a one-time code from Settings (Security, Support access). It lets us see your records, read only, for no more than 24 hours. You can stop it at any time, and we end it as soon as we have finished. You will receive an email when it starts, and every step is kept in a support log you can see and nobody can change. In a team, only the admin can give this access.

Statistics. We may monitor and analyse how STILL. is used, for example how many follow-ups are done, how many clients and owners are added, how many matches are introduced and how long it takes to clear the day, to improve the service and to publish anonymous figures about it. This is counts and times only, never the sensitive information you keep about your clients and owners (their names, numbers, emails, addresses and notes), and published figures never identify you or them. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Privacy Policy section 3 explains how to ask us to leave your account out.

12. Our app

STILL., its design, code and name belong to us. You may use it for as long as your account is active and within these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

13. Liability

For everyone: nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Consumers: we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Your legal rights are not affected.

Business users: as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data (keep your own backups), and our total liability in connection with STILL. is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity (business users)

If you are a business user, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from a claim that the data you stored in STILL., or your use of it, broke the law or someone else's rights.

15. Ending

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for good reason. We will tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before an important change applies. From the date a new version applies, you need to accept it in the app to keep using STILL. If you do not accept it, you can export your data and end your plan before it applies, and we will refund any time paid in advance after that date.

17. Law, courts and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta decide any dispute. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and may also bring a claim in its courts.

If you have a complaint, write to support@stillers.io; we reply within 14 days. Consumers can also contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (mccaa.org.mt), whose Complaints and Conciliation Directorate offers out-of-court dispute resolution, or bring a claim before the Consumer Claims Tribunal.

18. General

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may transfer this agreement to a buyer of the business, who will keep these promises; you may not transfer your account without our agreement. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
